Release the fire...

Digibug is very proud to announce the launch of one of our biggest project to date, FireVoip.com - Not one, not two but four websites and complete company branding.  Producing such a variety of projects was relatively straight forward for us, once the key branding was created we set to work on the main gateway in, the Portal, once well underway we turned our attention to the eCommerce solution and Forum while letting the Support system sit waiting for a fresh new look.  Project management was key throughout this project, ensuring the client was aware of what stage we were at ensured that things were moving along in the right direction.  Read of for a more information on these fantastic sites.

FireVoip Sites - Portal | Store | Forum | Support

FireVoip Portal

Firstly you have the FireVoip Portal, the gateway to everything FireVoip have to offer.  The portal is pulling in RSS news from the telecommunications industry along with with a product gateway in the form of the product carousel, pick your product and your taken to view the product in on the FireVoip store or maybe your having problems with a product, then you have access to the FireVoip portal or ticket submissions on the FireVoip Support Desk.

FireVoip eCommerce Store

FireVoip required a cost effective solution to online sales, an easy solution to a common problem.  The decision was easy, use one of the fastest growing eCommerce solution out there 'Magento'.  We developed a bespoke design which ties into the whole FireVoip Branding, each product has a gateway to maximum information for either the manufacturers site, FireVoip forum, download a PDF or Submit a tick to the FireVoip Support desk which was also re-branded by Digibug.

FireVoip Forum

FireVoip are keen to become much more than just another telecommunications company, they're keen to encourage a community of technology hungry users to share not only their thoughts on the produce available but also to share their experiences to.  It only takes one person to solve a problem and that one person could be anyone with the FireVoip Forum.

FireVoip Support

FireVoip take supporting their customers very seriously and when they requested a support system we used our experience to recommend one of the best support systems available 'Kayako Support Suite', once purchased and installed we went to work customising the look and feel of the support system to keep the FireVoip experience consistent throughout all sites.

So if your looking for telecommunication products, there's only one place to go for highly competitive prices, support that's second to none and a home for every tech loving monster out there - www.firevoip.com, be sure to check back regularly as Digibug will be heavily involved in the future development of these sites.
