About Team Digibug

Digibug graphic and website design is the bold offspring of two creatively dynamic minds - those of Paul Weeks and Lee Potter.

With a passion for superior design and exemplary customer service forged in the dungeons of employment, they escaped to begin putting right much that was wrong in the world of website development.

The result is Digibug - an oddly-named graphic design and website business that’s rescued dozens of clients from the clutches of boring, repetitive web pages.

Paul Weeks - Sales Director

Paul thrives on the daily challenge of running a successful business. With a background in digital media and the printing industry, he’s knows how to deliver consistently high quality in a demanding environment.

Often referred to as ‘very approachable’ by clients, Paul combines creative flair with dogged determination and a keen nose for new opportunities.

Paul’s one regret is that his forklift driving skills are underutilised at Digibug.

Lee Potter - Creative Director

Lee relishes the opportunity to explore new creative angles, which is why Digibug clients enjoy such eye-catching websites.

A senior manager in graphic design for 7 years, Lee decided to found Digibug to put into practice his commitment to excellence in customer service.

He manages the design and development projects, letting nothing slip out the door which hasn’t been stamped with the Digibug quality hallmark.

What Digibug does really well

Actually, the rest of this website is all about what Digibug does really well. But in case you missed it, here’s a summary.

Digibug:

  • creates graphic design for print and digital (websites, emails newsletters, that sort of thing).
  • designs and builds websites that look fantastic and are easy to use.
  • keeps your website online for at least 99.9% of the time, through our hosting partner.
  • provides 24/7 support, meaning that, if something goes wrong, you can call us at any time of the day or night
  • offers a 12 month guarantee, with the option of purchasing more support after that.

What Digibug also likes to do

Push aside the testimonials heaped on them by clients, and you’ll find that Paul and Lee do have a weakness or two.

One of these is a near super-human inability to say ‘no’ when asked to perform embarrassing and occasionally mildly dangerous stunts for charity.

Every November, for example, they both give up shaving their upper lip to raise money for Movember, supporting organisations such as The Prostate Cancer Charity and The Institute of Cancer Research.

They have both thrown themselves from a plane at 15,000 feet, and were fortunate enough to have raised enough sponsorship for Help 4 Heroes to be given a parachute.

They’ve also been spotted swimming across the (almost) shark infested waters of Weymouth Harbour, racing in Dragon boats and going for exceedingly long walks, all for good causes.

When he’s not in the mood for doing anything involving moderate risk, Paul is also a member of the fundraising Rotary Club.

What Digibug does not do well

If you’re looking for bargain-basement printer ink, ineffectual generic copies of branded pharmaceutical products, or up-market wood-burning stoves, you’re in the wrong place. Sorry.
